The receivers listed from top to bottom:

The original 2 wire power cord was removed. A small 1/4″ rubber grommet was slid over the new 3 wire power cord and the rubber grommet was secured in the original power cord hole as seen in the picture below. Tie wraps were wrapped around and secured tightly around both side of the chassis where the power cord enters the bottom of the chassis.
The 6 tab terminal strip tab numbers in this picture are from left to right starting with 1 at far left. Pin 2 has a Red wire from the left lead of the fuse holder. Tab 2 connects to the main power switch on the front panel. Pin 3 is ground, pin 4 is AC Neutral (White wire), pin 5 if not used and pin 6 connects to the audio transformer capacitor.
The Black AC Hot wire connects to the right side lead of the fuse holder. The Green wire connects to tab 3, ground.
This completes the 3 wire grounded power cord installed.
Test were successful, no shorts to the chassis, and the receiver powered up without any problems.
The picture was taken before the wax covered paper capacitors and can capacitor was replaced.
